Bluestar Beijing Chemical Machinery and Pakistani chemical company Ittehad have signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation. Ghulam Mustafa, general manager of the Pakistani company, led a delegation to Bluestar Chemical Machinery.
The two have a history of cooperation. Ittehad used devices supplied by Bluestar Chemical Machinery in the frst phase of its 50,000-ton caustic soda project and the project is progressing smoothly. In the second phase, it turned down ofers from other companies and again sought cooperation with Bluestar. The Pakistani delegation said the project is their model project and would attract the attention of other chlorine alkali clients in Pakistan, India and neighboring countries.
