Recently, there is better news from Bluestar overseas project, the construction drawing design of the project which Bluestar exports 50000 tons/year of ion membrane caustic soda equipment to Pakistan ICL Company make significant progress: both sides’ relevant personnel completed the review of detailed design of this project.
This project is an important projects for Bluestar to develop the south Asian market, total design capacity for caustic soda output of the project is 50000 tons/year, includes four sets of electrolyzers; Project constructed in two phase, the construction scale of first phase for caustic soda output is 25000 tons/year; According to the contract requirements, in this project, in addition to provide electrolysis equipment products to Pakistan ICL company, Bluestar also take charge of the entire project’s construction drawing design.
In recent years, in order to expand the market, be enterprising, continuous innovation, with the development of ion membrane electrolyzer products, Bluestar also set goals to provide EPC project for customers, in the development of the enterprise, step to EPC constantly. This project is the target which company efforts to implement.
At present, ICL is in civil construction work of workshop and framework, in the next few months, ICL project will conduct the pipeline and electric instrument installation work, and Bluestar shifts its focus in this project to resin tower modules and piping around the electrolyzer as well as the follow-up start-up guidance and service.
In the construction drawing design review meeting, professional personnel of the both sides made the thorough and detailed review and discussion of construction drawing design documents of the project； Discussed and reviewed the electrolyzer’s pressure and differential pressure control, process control chain between electrolysis battery limit and each downstream process, and solved problems such as how to make material codes and identification ways of the pipeline diagram and list of the comprehensive materials of installation project to satisfie the future construction of ICL company , confirmed the instrument selection and purchasing information, and the communication between electrical, instrument, etc.
