It’s the earliest company acquired pressure vessel welder training qualifications; and the special material welding training site is recommended by Beijing special equipment testing center. It’s responsible for welding test of new materials and welding procedure qualification.
Welding methods: SMAW, union melt welding, GMAW, non-melt polar gas shielding welding (machine, manual) etc.
Materials: mild steel, low alloy steel, refractory steel, stainless steel, dual-phase steel, titanium and titanium alloy, nickel and nickel alloy. Joint type: butt joint, angle joint and bead weld.
